1. Agreement and Acceptance

By booking a reservation through CVCabins.com or by occupying any property managed by Chakraview Cabins (referred to as "CVCabins" or "We"), you ("Guest" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a license to occupy the property, not a lease, and confirms acceptance of all property rules and policies.

2. Reservation and Payment

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay.

2.2 Payment Schedule

A reservation is confirmed only upon the payment of the initial deposit or the full rental amount, as outlined during the booking process. The full balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any deposit paid.

2.3 Non-Refundable Payment Processing Fee

All reservations are subject to a non-refundable payment processing charge equivalent to 5.4% of the total booking price. This fee is applied to cover the costs associated with securely processing your transaction and is non-recoverable, regardless of cancellation reason.

3. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds, excluding the 5.4% non-refundable processing fee, are determined by the following schedule:

  • Cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund, minus the 5.4% processing fee.
  • Cancellation between 30-59 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking amount is refunded, minus the 5.4% processing fee.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival: The total booking amount is non-refundable.We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellation circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property (License and Hyperlinking)

4.1 License to Use Content

Unless otherwise stated, CVCabins and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on CVCabins.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. 

  • You may access this from CVCabins.com for your personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.You must not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute content from CVCabins.com without express written permission from CVCabins.

4.2 Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

  • Government agencies;
  • Search engines;
  • News organizations; and
  • Online directory distributors when they list us in the directory.

These organizations may link to our home page, to publications, or to other Website information so long as the link is not in any way deceptive, does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products or services, and fits within the context of the linking party’s site.

4.3 Removal of Links

If you find any link on our Website or any linked website objectionable for any reason, you are free to contact us and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but are under no obligation to do so or to respond to you directly.

5. Property Rules and Guest Responsibility

5.1 Maximum Occupancy

The Guest agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified for the cabin at any time. Violating the occupancy limit is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.

5.2 Damage and Security Deposit

The Guest is responsible for any and all damage, theft, or loss caused to the property or its contents during their stay. (Refer to the Damage Protection Policy for full details.)

5.3 Smoking and Pets

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Violation of this rule may result in fines or immediate eviction.

5.4 Wildlife and Natural Elements

Our cabins are located in densely forested, mountainside environments. Guests must adhere to all bear safety guidelines (securing food, locking doors/windows) and acknowledge that dust, pollen, and the presence of insects/bugs are inherent and expected realities of the location.

6. Liability

CVCabins is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Guests assume all risk related to the use of the property and any amenities (including fire pits, hot tubs, decks, etc.). CVCabins is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
